We set a high value on offering competitive and attractive compensation packages to our employees. These consist of the components salary and additional benefits.

Fix salary
Your fix salary orientates itself on the professional and personal requirements of your position and on your individual commitment.

Performance based salary
This rewards the achievement of agreed upon goals that are formulated on individual level. This bonus plan accounts for app. 10% of the fix salary.

Retirement plan - coverage
We offer deferred compensation through a pension plan and through the payment of capital-forming benefits. We invest in your retirement provisions – with a pension benefit plan.

Further benefits
All employees receive an iPhone as a company mobile phone with corresponding contract.
Part of the salary can consist of a company car including gas card.
As a thank you after five years of being part of our company we give you one day of personal vacation.
The children of our employees are important to us; this is why we share in the care expenses for them.
Training / Development
With continuous and open communication as well as clear targets agreements, we define together with you the framework that you need to work independently and autonomously.

Target agreement
Each employee chooses her / his own people manager. Together with her / him you set, which targets you can reach and what support you need to achieve these targets. In the yearly staff appraisal, these target agreements will be revised. In this meeting, the performance of the past year is validated and individual measurements for further developing are defined. You, as our employee, have a central role here: personal commitment and autonomy are success factors in this process.

Training / Development
Interesting tasks and projects continuously challenge and advance you in business and personal matters. You work in national and international projects in many different branches. Selective training is an important component in our personnel development – for business and methodical know-how and for the development of personal skills. Each employee is entitled to 10 days of paid advanced training, also in foreign countries (e.g. Lotusphere).

We know how important it is that work and private / family life are well-balanced. All of our CEOs and a lot of our employees have children and see them as an important part of their life.

Telework is a given for us
Telework enables us to collaborate in team projects regardless of time and location. It brings in flexibility and offers new possibilities for a balance between job and family. The prerequisites for this are our flexible management style and a responsible handling of the gained self-determination.

Part time plans
We offer different part time plans to our employees. This is how we make the re-entry into work life easier. We also support our employees to combine job with child care.

Child care expenses
We support our employees financially regarding the child care expenses of their children. For each child up to school age, we take over a maximum of 250,- Euro a month for child care expenses.

Family events
Pentos employees not only celebrate their feasts with their colleagues, but with all families. Family events take place every year. With all employees and families we undertake fun day trips and feasts. The partners of our employees are of course also extended a warm welcome at our Christmas parties.
