Over time, depending on permissions, more and more reports are created and shared. It is difficult to get an overall overview of the created reports. The Reports – Health Check provides you with a quick and accurate overview of all created reports in the system, what type they are, who created them, who they were shared with, when they were created and last modified.
Based on this you can decide which reports need to be maintained and minimize support overhead due to e.g. maintaining not needed reports or missing any report that would need to be updated.
