- Training request
The Employee (EE) initiates a request for an external training. The employee inputs all required information e.g. training title, training cost, etc.
Submitting the request triggers an approval process and email notification to the first step approver
- Approval process
The first and second level approval are able to Approve/Reject the request along with the possibility to comment. Upon approval, an email is sent to notify the employee.
- Learning Completion and Learning History
Upon training completion, the Employee (EE) triggers an approval request. The first level approver must approve the completion before it moves to the employee’s Learning History. The available completion statuses are: COMPLETED, NOT-ATTENDED, WITHDRAWN.
Learning Administrators can download the “Approval Status Report for External Training Requests” (CSV format).
The Learning History report can be utilized to track all completion activities (e.g. withdrawn, completed).
