In many countries it is required to receive a signature on the employee’s time sheet. An employee must confirm the correctness of the time sheet including the working hours, paid and unpaid breaks before submitting the time sheet. Although, the Time Sheet Sign Off Notification Service does not replace a qualified legal electronic signature, it provides you with the employee confirmation on the hours worked and breaks recorded.
The confirmation text is created and displayed in the time sheet. Using this functionality, the employee is aware of the sign off text and the sum of working hours, before submitting the time sheet for approval.
