As Fuerte Group Hotels prepared for national and international expansion, the HR department faced increasing pressure to modernize its people management workflows. With more than 2,000 employees across multiple locations in Andalusia and a strong commitment to sustainability and a people‑centric culture, the organization needed HR processes capable of supporting growth while remaining fully aligned with Spanish legal requirements. Automating contract generation, digital signatures, and social security processes has reduced administrative workload and allowed HR to focus on higher‑value tasks. Today, 80% of employees use modern HR tools that improve transparency and enhance the employee experience.
