NEDSPICE transformed its global HR operations by implementing SAP SuccessFactors as a centralized cloud platform. With support from SAP partner Pentos, the company replaced fragmented local systems with standardized processes and improved workforce insights. The new HR environment increases transparency, strengthens the employee experience, and enables HR to play a more strategic role across the global organization.

Objective
The objective was to modernize NEDSPICE’s global HR organization by replacing fragmented local systems and manual Excel processes with a centralized cloud-based platform. By implementing SAP SuccessFactors, the company aimed to standardize HR processes, improve workforce data and reporting, and enable HR to play a more strategic role in supporting business decisions worldwide.

What we achieved together
Thanks to Pentos LaunchNOW! Approach, NEDSPICE implemented SAP SuccessFactors in a rapid rollout of just twelve weeks. Key modules including Employee Central, Onboarding and Offboarding, Recruitment, and Performance Management were introduced using a Fit-to-Standard approach with the pre-configured LaunchNOW! best-practice solution. This allowed the project to move quickly without extensive customization or long design phases, enabling users to experience the system early while minimizing implementation effort.
The new HR environment has already delivered visible improvements. HR processes are now standardized globally, employee data and leave requests are centrally managed, and every employee has access to their own profile. The platform also supports an inclusive rollout across factory and office employees worldwide, with local language accessibility. As a result, Nedspice now benefits from greater transparency, clearer organizational structures, and a stronger, more strategic role for HR in supporting the business.
