Anonymization

The Pentos Anonymization App is a solution to comply with data protection and data security regulations in OpenPages. Sensitive data can be anonymized within IBM OpenPages in the current reporting period as well as in all previous reporting periods including the audit trail.
What you get
This app anonymizes data in the selected object. Anonymization is done by identifying all data fields that contain a certain text and replacing them with another text. Anonymization is applied to the data in all reporting periods and to the change history. Simulation provides feedback on the changes made to the data without actually changing the data. It is recommended to run the simulation before anonymizing the data.

- IBM OpenPages Version 8.0.0.1 and newer
