Custom Notifications
Leverage IBM OpenPages with Watson Scheduler to send out custom notifications.
The Pentos Custom Notifications Creation Tool allows you to configure Custom Notifications that will be sent out using the IBM OpenPages with Watson Scheduler. This allows to send out notifications outside of workflow events – e.g. reminders, escalation emails, notifications on severe events – e.g. large losses, etc. without the requirement of custom coding.
What you get
The Custom Notifications App allows for any number of email notifications to be configured. For each notification a rule can be setup – this can be any combination of fields on the object that the notification is configured, e.g. status fields, date fields (including days/weeks/months before/after), etc.
For each notification a custom email template can be created, including the ability to include details of the recipient as well as object fields.

- IBM OpenPages with Watson 8.2 and newer
