NIKOLAUS KRASSER, CEO

Dr. Nikolaus Krasser, CEO and co-founder of Pentos AG, has been involved as a project manager and systems architect in the development of HR IT systems since 2002. In 2007, he turned his attention to SAP SuccessFactors, and in the course of dozens of implementation projects over the years, he has become an expert in all functional and technical elements of the entire suite of products. He also has hands-on responsibility for the complete value chain of HR processes, from data and process integration right through to transformation management and the design of support organizations, taking the requirements within an SaaS environment into special account. He is the author of the standard reference work „SuccessFactors Grundlagen, Prozesse, Implementierung“ (SuccessFactors: Fundamentals, Processes, Implementation) and has published many articles on the Cloud, HR and SaaS.

INGO MARTINZ, CTO

Ingo Martinz, founding member and director of Pentos AG, is responsible for the area of GRC and for the Development Department which came up with the Pentos Feeder middleware solution. His focus is primarily on the areas of risk management, ICS and business intelligence. In his role as architect and project manager, Ingo Martinz has acquired many years’ expertise of running complex IT projects. Since 2008, he has been working very successfully with IBM OpenPages and IBM Cognos as a systems architect, business consultant and project manager. Since early 2016, Ingo Martinz has been CEO of Pentos Americas Corp. based in Florida, USA.

WOLFGANG KUCHELMEISTER, CIO

Wolfgang Kuchelmeister began his professional career with an emphasis on messaging and groupware infrastructure, systems management, migration and data integration, as well as the administration of heterogeneous IT infrastructures. Against this background, he also took a close look at the SAP SuccessFactors suite and established himself as a pioneer and architect of complex and heterogeneous SAP SuccessFactors integrations with relevant third-party systems such as Payroll, SAP FI/CO as well as other HR master or identity management systems. Having now successfully overseen a large number of projects and acquired experience in a wide range of technologies, he is in a position to advise on integrations and to implement them. Wolfgang Kuchelmeister is a founding member and director of Pentos AG.

CHRISTIAN BREU, CEO PENTOS SUISSE

Dr. Christian Breu began working for Pentos in 2003 as an applications developer and project manager. Even before his first contact with SAP SuccessFactors in 2010, he had acquired intensive project experience in HR and especially in remuneration. On that basis, he went on to develop technical expertise in the SAP SuccessFactors product suite and comprehensive understanding of the processes involved. He has specialized in remuneration, employee evaluation and recruitment. The aspects of his work he enjoys most are technical discussions with customers and the design of bonus and remuneration programs. Since June 2014, Christian Breu has been Managing Director of Pentos Suisse GmbH, headquartered in Zurich.

MAX NUSSBAUMER, CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

Max Nussbaumer is an independent contractor and shareholder of JMA GmbH based in Hamburg. His areas of expertise lie in strategy and business development for fast-growing companies and in program management for business-critical IT projects. He also has a treasure trove of experience in finance and risk management. Nussbaumer has a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne and an MBA from London Business School. Before starting his own business, he was Board of SITGATE AG until 2010, which merged with the adesso AG of 2007. Before that he was CEO of CompuNet AG, today Computacenter AG & Co. oHG. Max Nussbaumer is Board Member of Synergy Capital UK, Brighton.
